Once your order has shipped, it will take the following time frame to be delivered to your doorstep:

Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Spain, France, Italy: 8-12 Days

Please contact us if you would like to receive a tracking code for your slippers.


If you are not satisfied with your product you can contact our team within 3 days of receiving your product and we can issue a return, once we receive your return we will issue your refund.


We will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders

TechChimp accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
